BFOC is at it again:
We’re closing down the street in Bishop Arts for the first ever Brew Riot Festival sponsored by
Eno’s, with proceeds going to Go Oak
Cliff! The event is on Saturday, June 12th from 6PM to 10PM.
There’s going to be 8 homebrewer’s on hand giving samples of their brews
along with a handful of micro brews including New Belgium, Real Ale,
and more.
Once it starts getting dark, Lonestar Gold Sprints
will be on hand to hold some outdoor stationary sprints. We’ll also
have a giant outdoor chess set, live music, and more. The street closure
starts at 6PM, and 75208 is planning on heading a ride from Downtown to
the event. We’ll post more details as soon as they’re announced.

The NACCC is one of the biggest international events every year for cycle couriers, but not just for racers. The NACCC is also one of the largest annual gatherings of our community. Cycle Messenger Championships are world class sporting events, but they are also a festival celebrating messenger culture.
The related events, shows, parties and vendor markets showcase the artistic, photographic, musical and literary talents of the world’s hardest working professional athletes.
Four days of brutality, beer, hard work and a lot of fun.
Only one question remains, ya’ll ready to ride dirty?

BFR’s got an awesome event planned called The Raffle Ramble
which is a fundraiser for the Red Cross. Participants, who have
donated, will go to various points in Richardson to collect raffle
tickets. Those tickets can be used to win cool prizes. The more stops
you make, the more tickets you get, the better your chance to win.
